Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Some items are made to order or produced in limited runs, which may extend processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

SAINTVI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SAINTVI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, SAINTVI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location.

 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
