We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues. If your order is canceled after payment, you will be fully refunded.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control. SAINTVI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of original artwork and limited releases, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and address the issue.

All designs, artwork, imagery, logos, and content associated with SAINTVI are the exclusive property of SAINTVI. Purchases do not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any artwork without written permission.
